Description
Introduction
PAAM Mobile App has been developed for the existing users of the TIN-FC branches and PAN Centres, for
enabling acceptance of Aadhaar e-KYC based paperless PAN applications at our Centres. Only authorized
users at the branches will be able to use this App.
1. Registration of Smart phone / Tablet Device:
1.1. The mobile device/Tablet that the branch
user would like to make use of will have
to be registered first using respective
User ID of the Branch.
1.2. The Home screen of the Mobile App will
appear as shown in Screen 1.0.
1.3. While the registered users will be able to
use Mobile App by giving their User ID
and Password or MPIN, the first time
users will have to register first.
1.4. User shall click on ‘First time user?
Register now’ option on log-in screen to
registered mobile device (refer screen
1.0).
1.5. After clicking on aforesaid option, user
will get navigated to screen no. 1.1.
1.6. User need to use Admin user’s registered
e-mail ID and mobile number to get OTP.
1.7. User is required to provide One Time
Password (OTP) & password to register
Creation of M-PIN – How to create M-PIN for first time?
2.1. User will have option to login the
App either through password or
using M-PIN.
2.2. Procedure for Creation of M-PIN is
follows:
2.2.1. After successful registration of
device, user will get screen to
create M-PIN (refer screen no. 1.3).
2.2.2. User will have to provide 4 digit
numeric value to create the M PIN,
re-enter the same and submit.
2.2.3. On successful creation of M-PIN,
user will get the message 'M-PIN
created successfully’ (refer screen
no. 1.4).
