How to use
Cooking Guidelines (Serves 4) :
• Chop 2 medium sized onions (100 g) and sauté in 1.5 tbsp ghee (20 g) in a pan for 5 mins till they turn golden
• Add 1 tsp (6 g) Ginger Garlic Paste with little water and sauté for 2 mins
• Add chopped medium sized tomato (60 g) and sauté for 5 min
• Add 5 cashews pieces (8 gm) and 1 slit green chillies and fry for 2 mins
• Set this pan aside to cool down and then grind the contents into a smoothpaste
• Heat the paste and sauté for 3 min
• Add 1.5 tsp (8 g) Aashirvaad Paneer Masala, and then add 140 g of Paneer cubes
• Add 1 tbsp (16 g) of fresh cream and cook for 2-3 minutes
• Adjust required consistency by adding water
• Garnish with a dash of fresh cream and serve hot
