At My Smartway, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we're here to help. Please read our policy carefully to ensure you understand the terms and conditions of returning or refunding an item.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Grocery Products: Due to the perishable nature of grocery items, returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or expired upon delivery. Requests for returns must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.


Wellness, Personal Care, and Beauty Products: Returns are accepted for unopened, unused items in their original packaging. You must request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.


Electronics: If the electronic product is defective or not functioning as expected, you are eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. The product must be returned with all accessories and in its original packaging.


Garments: Returns are accepted if the garment is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.


Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including items marked as "Final Sale," perishable goods (unless defective), and products that have been opened, used, or altered after delivery.


2. Return Process

Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [your contact email or phone number] with your order number, product details, and reason for the return request.


Return Authorization: Upon approval of your return request, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the product. Please do not send the product back without receiving this authorization.


Package the Product: Securely package the product in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and documentation. Clearly label the package with the RAN.


Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.


Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected. If the product is in its original condition and meets the return criteria, we will process your refund.


3. Refund Process

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Timeframe: Refunds typically take [5-10] business days to process once the returned item is received and inspected.
