India post issued The INDIA-89 Book of Stamps on the occasion of the world philatelic exhibition organised in New Delhi in the year 1989. Since 1967, stamps on world philatelic exhibition were issued in India for five times, and total 14 different stamps were issued.

This booklet contains all the stamps, in block of 4 or 6. Only 40,000 booklets were printed, each with an unique serial number.
